The Board ensures the longevity of our community pool by ensuring that it abides by county and state ordinances, maintains sound financial standing, as well as ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all members.  By being a part of the Board of Directors, you have a voice in the decisions that are made regarding how the pool is run, creating community/member outreach programs, how funding is utilized, and investing in capital improvements! It's a great opportunity to connect with your community and leave a lasting impression for many years to come.  Many of our current members became shareholders, just to be more involved with what the Board does, and now are Board members themselves.    Board positions are completely voluntary.  Shareholders are encouraged to "come to the table", open discussions, and become invested themselves, even nominate themselves to run for positions that complement their personal strengths.
