What does it mean to Be a shareholder?
Being a shareholder means you are investing in your pool and your community!
Supporting the Board’s efforts to sustain the pool for the long term and demonstrating your commitment to the pool and community.
Shareholders get access to special events, special event pricing, FREE visitor passes each year, and a vote at the EPSC annual shareholder meeting regarding the future plans for the pool!
Shareholders can also be nominated to participate in the Edsall Park Swim Club Board. Positions on the Board are available for re-election every other year. Shareholders also have a the power to elect nominated representatives to the Board.
Shareholders have the right to one vote, either in person or by proxy designated in writing, on all matters specified regarding the Edsall Park Swim Club. Persons can purchase shares at the current rate of $150.
